1. ServicesAquaClean Carolina, LLC provides services that may include, but are not limited to:

• Pool cleaning and maintenance
• Hot tub cleaning and maintenance
• Drain, purge, flush, and deep-clean services
• Pressure washing / exterior surface cleaning
• Related backyard and water-care services (as offered)

Service availability may vary by location, season, weather, scheduling, and staffing.
2. Quotes and Estimates

• Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide at the time of request.
• Final pricing may change if actual site conditions differ from what was described (for example: size, condition, access limitations, heavy buildup, neglected equipment, unsafe conditions, or additional labor/materials required).
• Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are not guaranteed for any specific period of time and may be updated.

3. Booking and Scheduling

• Appointments are subject to availability.
• We may reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of scheduling changes.

4. Customer Responsibilities (Access & Site Conditions)To help us perform services safely and efficiently, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the service area
• Ensure gates are unlocked (if applicable) or access instructions are provided
• Secure pets and notify us of any animals on the property
• Disclose known hazards (electrical issues, damaged decking, unstable surfaces, chemical concerns, etc.)
• Ensure an adult is available by phone during service if needed
• Provide access to water and/or electricity when required for certain services (if applicable)

We may delay, reschedule, or refuse service if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible.
5. Payments

• Payment is due as stated on your invoice, estimate, or service agreement.
• We may accept payments through third-party processors, including Stripe.
• By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor to process your transaction under its terms and policies.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of future service, where permitted by law and disclosed in your invoice or agreement.

6. Cancellations and ReschedulingYou may request to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We ask for reasonable notice whenever possible.We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or trip fee for late cancellations, missed appointments, or inability to access the property at the scheduled time, if disclosed in advance and permitted by law.
7. Service Results and LimitationsWe take pride in our work and aim to deliver high-quality service. However:

• Results may vary based on the age, condition, and prior maintenance of the pool, hot tub, equipment, surfaces, water chemistry, and surrounding environment.
• Some staining, discoloration, scaling, etching, oxidation, wear, or damage may be permanent or may not be fully removable.
• Pressure washing and cleaning services can improve appearance but may reveal pre-existing damage, deterioration, or unevenness that was previously hidden.
• We do not guarantee a specific cosmetic result unless expressly stated in writing.

8. Customer Property and Pre-Existing ConditionsAquaClean Carolina, LLC is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Pre-existing defects, cracks, leaks, deterioration, corrosion, or faulty equipment
• Hidden or latent conditions not visible during routine service
• Improper prior installation, repair, or maintenance by others
• Unsafe or non-compliant electrical, plumbing, or structural conditions

If we observe issues that may affect service or safety, we may notify you and recommend repair or specialist evaluation.
9. Website UseYou agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with the Site
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Site, server, or connected systems
