We understand schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

- Late cancellations / missed appointments: A cancellation fee or trip fee may apply for late cancellations, no-shows, or if we cannot access the property at the scheduled time (if disclosed in advance and permitted by law).
